Lucy Powell, Labour's Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Manchester Withington (and member of Progress' PPC's Network) has put together a decent video to promote the 'yes' vote for extra investment and congestion charging in Manchester. The scheme will be different from the London C-Charge only charging at peak times during the day (and much cheaper!), but having seen the benefits from the congestion charge in our capital city, I think it would be great to see the same principles rolled out in Britain's other major cities.
